5/4/12 through 6/1/12 (first 4 weeks) i was on a diet. I was eating 5-6 small meals a day. My diet was like 50% veggies, 35% protein, 15% other (nuts or something). i didn’t count my calories much (it’s hard when youre mostly eating veggies, chicken, eggs, fat free cottage cheese, etc) but i’m guessing that i was eating 1000-1200 calories? I was never starving myself, eating every 3 hours or so. Not going to lie though, the food was a bit bland and not very satisfying as far as taste.
Exercise- these 4 weeks i worked out 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours a day. Mostly cardio (running, walking, some biking). Also doing some toning exercises and workout videos (youtube- blogilates-my absolute fav, tone it up, zwow, bodyrock.tv). Also picking my own toning exercises (like deciding ‘i will do 50 squats, 50 jump lunges, 10 push ups today’).
6/1/12 to 6/15/12- not on a losing weight diet. Keeping veggies and proteins in my daily diet, but i’ve added more fruits, more nuts, and more whole grains (oatmeal, organic cereal, etc). Trying to eat as close as i can to CLEAN (no processed foods if possible). Stopped eating bread. Feeling amazing inside and out!!
Exercise- Still working out every day, doing cardio and random videos, but about half an hour. Not exerting myself very hard, most of the time.
